Our relationship with individual agents (over 400 of them) means we learn about the best properties before they hit the market or get listed on aggregator sites like Primelocation, Rightmove or Zoopla.
This ensures our clients are regularly favored over other buyers.
Over the years we have built relationships with the best contacts in each office, for each type of search. We are constantly in touch with this network and constantly updating our database.
We have worked out how often to contact them – sometimes by phone, sometimes by email and sometimes in person – to make sure our clients are at the front of their minds for all of London’s best-in-class properties.
We only ever work for you, the buyer. We don’t discriminate on budget and we are fortunate that we can pick who we work with. We purchase all types of properties - from small pied a terres, to luxury houses in the centre of town, to investment development buildings and serviced apartment blocks.
If we feel we can add value we will take the search on. If we don’t we will be honest from the start.
When you retain us, we never take fees from the seller or the agent.
